25HP 3 Phase Synchronous motor drive 415V 400Hz for Spindle motor
EM15-T is a new generation of high performance vector synchronous
motor drive developed by our company. This series has excellent
vector control performance, powerful overload ability and good
dynamic characteristics. It realizes the speed and torque control
of three-phase AC synchronous motor and meets the application
requirements of different automatic production equipment.
Product features
RS485 interface as standard, support Modbus protocol in RTU mode.
Intelligent parameter setting, internal preset several sets of
common parameters, reduce user parameter setting workload.
- New added functions of current realization and overvoltage
suppression can effectively reduce the frequency of frequency
converter fault protection.
- Self-learning function of motor parameters can enhance the
corresponding speed and control accuracy.
- Support PG collector signal, differential signal and other encoder
interfaces, making the closed loop vector control realize
conveniently.
Built-in various functional modules to effectively reduce external
system costs.
With perfect inertia and torque compensation function, open loop
tension control adaptability is stronger .
